Although we have a large range of PT modalities on offer, among our favorites are:
Pre- and Post-Operative Physical Therapy
Surgeons recommend physical therapy both before and after undergoing an operation – greater flexibility before the surgery improves outcomes, and a robust therapeutic exercise and stretching plan afterwards is vital in order to get back to normal as quickly as possible. Learn more about pre- and post-operative PT at JAG-ONE Physical Therapy.
Following surgery, serious injury, or other health events, abnormal forms of tissue like scarring and adhesions can build up in the body cavities and joints, causing pain and reduced movement. The Graston technique uses proprietary tools to help the body naturally break down and reabsorb these problem tissues, and our certified PTs are expert providers.
TMJ Physical Therapy
The temporomandibular joint, or TMJ, is the all-important connection between the jaw and skull. When you experience a problem with this area, such as TMJ syndrome, the resulting stiffness and pain can severely impact everyday things like talking and eating. JAG-ONE PT Fairless Hills can help you reduce pain and restore function with our TMJ PT program.
