Stephen has worked exclusively in outpatient orthopedics in New York City treating various patients recovering from spinal fusion surgeries, ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs, shoulder and hip labrum injuries/repairs, joint replacements, gait/balance dysfunctions, foot/ankle injuries, ligament sprains and muscle strains. He has worked with numerous patients on restoring them to optimal mobility and function. He is highly experienced and specialized in treatments utilizing cutting edge techniques such as Graston Technique, cupping, active release and Kinesio taping. Stephen is also an expert in exercise physiology, functional movement assessments, certified in blood flow restriction (BFR) training as well with the Titleist Performance Institute for addressing limitations with golfer’s swing and overall movement. He has a demonstrated track record of providing superior therapy and support to his patients using his extensive knowledge of the human body and “body working”. He consistently works with his patients to impact pain reduction, improve soft tissue/joint restrictions and provide maximum mobility. Stephen has a doctorate in Physical Therapy (College of Staten Island) and has an undergraduate degree in Marketing (St. John’s University).
