Fascial adhesions and scar tissue can cause pain, lessened mobility, and lower quality of life even after the healing process from surgery or trauma is complete. They can also cause chronic conditions such as frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). The Graston technique is a highly specialized physical therapy process using instruments to break down adhesions deep in tissue. Our skilled practitioners will work with you to customize a Graston technique regimen that will help you get pain-free and more mobile.
