JAG-ONE Physical Therapy Bridgewater: Bringing Compassionate PT Care to Somerset County
JAG-ONE PT Bridgewater is a local physical therapy clinic with multiple specialties, conveniently located on Route 22. Our therapy staff will listen to your needs and work with you to create the right customized treatment plan for you.
Our staff hold a variety of clinical certifications, including ones in treating spinal pain, and our whole team is ready to help you relieve your musculoskeletal pain, help heal your conditions, and get you back to a pain-free, more active life.
Although we offer physical therapy plans for all types of patients and conditions, some of our top services include:
Hand Therapy (CHT)
Our hands are our access to the world around us – when they don’t function properly, we can’t engage in our lives as much. At JAG-ONE PT Bridgewater, our hand therapy program is designed to rehabilitate the anatomically complex issues of hand injury and surgery, keeping in mind the unique needs of your condition.
Graston Technique
The Graston technique is designed to help the body recover from conditions involving internal scar tissue and adhesions. JAG-ONE PT Bridgewater’s Graston technique-certified physical therapists use special instruments to relieve conditions like adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder (frozen shoulder), peritendinous adhesions in the hand that restrict motion following surgery, and more.
TMJ Therapy
The TMJ, or temporomandibular joint, is where the skull and jaw connect, and it’s vital to things we need to do every day, like talking and eating. Our TMJ therapy program works to relieve symptoms of temporomandibular dysfunction such as pain and stiffness.
