Abby joined the JAG-ONE Physical Therapy team in August 2017 after graduating from Thomas Jefferson University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Abby enjoys working with people of all ages especially high school and college athletes. She has a passion for injury prevention with a focus on teaching safe movements patterns to help her patients get back to their prior level of function. When she is isn’t working she enjoys playing and coaching Field Hockey as well as working with US Figure Skating with injury prevention. She is certified in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation as well as the Graston Technique.

I highly recommend Jag-One PT in Berkeley Heights for your physical therapy needs. One of the things I love most about Jag is that it is not a clinic atmosphere - it is not overly crowded, and the service is personalized. They give undivided attention to all their patients. I have used Abby as my PT. She is excellent - very professional and knowledgeable in her field. She listens to her patients. I also love the staff here, from the front desk to the PT assistants, to the other PTs. The facility is extremely clean equipped with adequate equipment, they are very flexible and accommodating. They have great hours to meet your schedule.The front desk manages all the billing and reporting with the insurance companies, so there are no headaches for the patients. Abby and the whole staff at JAG-ONE are absolutely amazing. I've seen Abby for multiple injuries ranging from a broken ankle to a meniscus tear over the past few years. I came to Jag-One the first time about a year ago, and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health. I was struggling with balance issues due to vertigo, and Abby’s care and expertise had me progressing the first week. When I came in with new challenges, she knew just what to do.When I needed extensive shoulder surgery later that year, the process was so much less stressful knowing that when it was time to start the rehab process I would again receive the best possible care.In Addition, Kayla and the rest of the staff were so supportive that I have never doubted that I was in the best hands through every step of the process.

To say I love JAG-ONE PT would be an understatement. Following an ACL reconstruction, I was in the facility at least 3 times a week. I didn’t want to just recover, but to be able to be an athlete again and I’m so thankful I was paired up with Abby. As a tremendous athlete and PT, she understood what I was going through which honestly helped me trust the process more than I would’ve otherwise. I went from barely being able to walk to box jumping and running on the treadmill. There was an excellent balance between individual run exercises and one on one time which made me feel comfortable, understood and taken care of. (This is important as other PT facilities I have been to made me feel much differently). My recovery was longer than expected and with each bump in the road Abby comforted me and did everything she could to help me recover to the best of my ability. I am extremely thankful for Abby at JAG-ONE and highly recommend her and the facility to anyone who is in need of PT.

After meniscus tear repair in my knee, PT was recommended. I’ve never had PT before and didn’t know what to expect. The process of scheduling and appointments was seamless and uncomplicated. Abby, Jordan and Kayla each brought different skills sets and motivations to help me reach my goal of a return of my range of motion, strength and lack of pain. Hopefully I will not have the need to return but I am grateful to have this option. Thank you!

I highly recommend going here. My mother, Violeta has just started her physical therapy with Abby who is fantastic and the same as the staff.Abby helps my mother improve her neck, shoulders and hip movement more than I thought would be possible I can see.
