Shawn Kuizema
PT, DPT
Shawn graduated with a Bachelor’s in Physiology from Boise State University in 2015. He then went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Methodist University in 2019. While still in school, Shawn started working at JAG-ONE’s Fairfield location. In 2019, he transferred to JAG-ONE’s Jersey City location and then transferred back to Fairfield in 2020. His favorite populations to treat are Spine, TMJ (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction), and Sports Medicine/Geriatrics patients. He is certified in HSS Rehabilitation and TMJ. Outside of working, he enjoys weightlifting, traveling, and hiking.
