Bridgewater, N.J. (March 27, 2023) – JAG-ONE Physical Therapy is one of the fastest growing comprehensive physical and occupational therapy practices providing rehabilitative care to patients and sports teams in over 115 locations across the Northeast. JAG-ONE Physical Therapy is teaming up with the Philadelphia Phoenix in support of its Phoenix Ultimate Academy (PUA) summer youth programs. Through this partnership, JAG-ONE and the Phoenix will team up to present a youth ultimate clinic series before each home game and 18 weeks of PUA summer camps across the Delaware Valley, giving community members an opportunity to compete and develop as ultimate disc athletes.”
The Philadelphia Phoenix represent one of 24 teams in the American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL) across the United States and Canada. The Philadelphia franchise was created in 2012, as one of the original eight founding teams of the AUDL. The Phoenix play their home games at the James Ramp Memorial Recreation Center and begin their 2023 season on April 29.
JAG-ONE Physical Therapy will also have on-site access to the pre-game clinics where they will address campers at the beginning, engage parents during and after, and provide giveaway items. The Philadelphia Phoenix will also feature JAG-ONE Physical Therapy on social media with quarterly injury prevention content called Healthy Hotbird Tip of the Day. Quarterly posts starting in May will be distributed featuring Phoenix players and youth coaches in tandem with JAG-ONE Physical Therapy’s team in Bucks County, PA.
