The new location expands JAG Physical Therapy’s services in New Jersey, opening up the 110th location for JAG Physical Therapy
Bridgewater, N.J. The JAG Physical Therapy team is thrilled to announce the opening of their new Clark, New Jersey facility located at 77 Brant Ave STE 101, Clark, NJ 07066. The new facility expands the company's presence in North Jersey with the acquisition of Cornerstone Physical Therapy, which will operate under the JAG Physical Therapy banner.
The new Clark location will be led by Clinical Director David De La Fuente, PT, DPT. JAG Physical Therapy's new location aims to provide superior care to patients looking for accessible physical therapy services. JAG Physical Therapy’s expansion allows the company to offer the community expanded resources, highly specialized clinicians with a proven track record of success, and facilities to best support patients goals and needs.

The new location will provide the following services: extensive training in McKenzie's Approach to Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Craniofacial Pain (TMJ), Cervicogenic headaches, and biomechanical neuromuscular dysfunction. Additionally, provide outpatient PT, TMJ, Vertigo, Balance disorders, Pediatric OT, and Homecare PT.

David De La Fuente, an expert in the field for over 10 years, received his Doctorate Degree in PT in 2008 and has accomplished extensive training in Mckenzie Approach to Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Craniofacial Pain, Cervicogenic headaches, and more, specializing in patient and outpatient therapy. He continued, “I am invested in my patient’s rehabilitation and plan to provide my local community with the utmost professional, ethical, & compassionate care. We treat each patient walking through our doors like family. The physical therapy services provided will include a variety of treatment styles unique to each patient presentation, diagnosis, & region.”
